So..... I will be living in my old house shortly. Derek (ex husband) is being an idiot. When we divorced, he kept the house, and was supposed to get my name off the mortgage as soon as possible. However, due to the fact that he no longer works or lives in the house, well, its not selling, he cant get approved for it to get it out of my name. He let me know he was considering letting it go back to the bank!!!!! ok, just not an option- my credit would be destroyed for god knows how long!

Last night I had dinner with him and his mother to discuss this situation. In the end, I will be takeing the house back... I will have to find a renter, get the loan all in my name, then he will have washed his hands of it. He wants to take off in march to hop trains for a year or so... thats what is fueling this sudden desire to just dump it all on me. Seee what happens when you try to be nice in a divorce- it comes back to bite you.

Theres nothing wrong with the house, and honestly I will like living there more then I do in chatfield- it just that I wanted it out of my name so that I could buy something in town small and cheap. This will be difficult for me to swing- even with a renter in the basement. There is one extra bedroom upstairs, maybe I can rent that one out too. I dont know, I definatly have to get a second job. fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk I wish I could win the lottery and never have to worry about money or credit. life would be so much more enjoyable then.
