Well, I bought a house on about an acre of land. The signing was a couple of weeks ago and the final papers and abstract were given to me on Monday of this past week. Horray its finally officially official. Although, the remodleing of the house is holding up my moveing in of corse. Hopeing to get in before the first snow ..its really all depending on things that are out of my hands like drywallers and electricians!

Got the main bedroom 99.9% done. Mossy green with cream trim and wood floors - well, pergo floors. Switches and lights are done, all thats left is a little trim work for this weekend.

The second bedroom is slowly being transformed into my studio/laundry room. Got it gutted and painted so far- cream in color with wood trim work. This weekend hope to get the floors done so that the new washer and dryer can be put in.

Last night I got the 3rd bedroom or, the computer/workout room completely painted. Its a grayish blue with wood trim. Also, hope to get the flooring done in there this weekend and plugs etc.

Got the mudroom wall knocked down I wanted and the thermostat moved over. It needs much work still. Drywall, plugs, lights, paint, flooring and a new front door. My dad sent me a sewing machine- cause i have 22 windows to get covered and that would cost a small fortune - as such... i will be studying the manual this weekend at work so that I can attempt this sewing stuff.

The kitchen... finished up the red accent wall, trim, cupboards, knobs and lights this week.. flooring wont go in till the hall and bath are done as they will be the same tile.

After all these little loose ends are finished up in the back half of the house, will move on to the bathroom, dining room and living room. These will most likely cost the most- all three need new drywall and flooring. The bathroom needs a new subfloor, tub, sink and toilet- basically everything.

The new shingles and garage door are happening soon too. But did get the painted shutters back up on the house and painted the little house numbers :P need a new mail box too.. its pretty rusted out.

So, thats what I have been up to, where ive been and all the progress in the past couple weeks.
