I avoided my bed all night long again. Sometime between playing computer games and my pre-planned lights out time... I got a wild hair up my ass to move the living room around. Ok, not too out of the ordinary for me, and truth be told, I was done by midnight. But then I sat down on the couch to have a smoke and admire my new configuration when new madness struck!

It suddenly became apparent that I needed to build shelves, ledges and posts all over inside the corner closet and remove the door to more easily view the play. You see, I had been planning and gathering supplies to build my cat army a cat climbing tree thing. But I had been concerned about how sturdy mine might end up and how attractive it might be.

So, inspiration came knocking like the annoying bitch she can be and I spent the next 6 hours cutting shelves and mounting brackets and carpeting said shelves. Tonight I will attach all the toys and beds and in place but already the two older cats were enjoying my handy work. I will report that its very cool looking, I will have to take pics as soon as I am done done.
