Yaaa, its friday... and that means girls night.

Jen will come over about 5 and we will make coffee and watch a movie. She hasnt seen Hitch yet so thats what we will watch. Then we will get dressed up and go to the club. My drinking habits have changed alot, which is good since I have a half an hour drive through country roads. I find that if I have more than a beer or two now days, I get really sick. But thats easier on the pocketbook and the driving thing, so, its all good.

This weekend I have some more stuff to get done on the house. I have a plumber comeing this afternoon to finish the new toilet pipes or phlange as I do pretend to understand so that he is less inclined to charge me too much. Then I will screw the new subfloor down and hopefully if all goes well, I can get the lanolium down by sunday night and will again have a bathroom!!! YA!! I have never had to do such things before- being married so long, I just had him do that sort of thing. I will admit I had my uncle help with figuring out what the problem was and I had to have a friend of his who is a plumber come to replace the pipes, and today he is popping by to hook the last stuff up. But I will be doing the sub-floor and lanolium squares myself, im told I need to use some sort of self leveler first too, so that will be a new adventure as well. :P Ya me!

I got a new coffee maker- it is the coolest freakin thing ever!

First of all, you can set the temp on the warmer plate... you can adjust the strength of the coffee by changeing how fast the water goes through.... it has a water filter at the top for chlorine... it beeps when the pot is done brewing and then a little time starts up so that you can tell how long the current pot has been sitting there... it does a whole bunch of other shit but I havent gotten any farther than that in the owners manual. Arrrr.

Anyways, I suppose I should go do some work being its my first week back and all.
