I have an announcement.....I am getting old and weak.

It's official once you throw your back out doing menial labor.

My car got stuck at the end of my driveway because the evil plow people always deposit all the snow from the road directly at the end of everyone's driveway. I drive an escort...not much clearance there. I got not just stuck but hung up on the snow pile....2 tires not even touching the ground.

I then decided I was she-man and attempted to heave my vehical off the bank. I felt a horrid tear and here I am with a heating pad strapped to me and little or no sleep. Its very hard to sleep with an out back. Chiropracter(sp?) you say....hell no.

Every friend I have ever known thats gone to one remains fucked up for ever. It only makes sense. Why would they fix you all the way? Then you wouldnt need them again. So...they only fix you just enough so you feel better. But then 6 months later you have to go back.

No... pills of asprin and a heating pad are the keys to my recovery. I wish it wasnt so stiff. I feel like a zombie when I walk. No bending is allowed and simple acts like lifting your arm to reach for something- out of the question!

Anyhow, I should get used to the discomfort and pain. Now that I am officialy decrepit and enfeebled I suppose this sort of thing will happen alot....next will be my hip and so on.
