So...I watched Matrix Reloaded in the theatre a few times and had thought about what the 3rd one is going to be about. Now its out to purchase and I did. I watched it twice last night. I have decided that there are only two conclusions for the trilogy. At the end of Reloaded when Neo stops the sentinals he is outside the Matrix. However, he only has these powers inside the Matrix so it is logical to believe he must still be inside a matrix. Unless the brothers are gonna put out some garbage about Neo haveing super powers outside the matrix and I just dont think they would do that to us. That would be very lame. So if we assume that Neo and the gang are still in a matrix we must assume all of Zion is too. Now there are only a couple of explinations for this that I have come up with thus far. One ...the machines have built Zion and this pretend world in another matrix to catch all the folks that escape the original matrix and the reason the Agents are in there chaseing them around is to make it more believable to the escapees that they are "out" when realy they are still "in". The other possibility is that lets say...we createed AI..couldnt control it so we locked it up in a Matrix so that it would beleive it was in control. But then we had to add in some rebels and such like neo so that the machines had something to do. This would mean that neo, trinity all of them are actualy machines...that would be a trippy ending. Now I am not saying I am right. The Wachoski brothers could have some realy cool ending worked out that explains the power neo had at the end...I am just going on what I have here. I guess we will all know in Nov.
